WEEKLY STRESS-REDUCING MEDITATION PRACTICE
Mahamudra or meditation practice is a good way to calm our anxious, internet-scattered and overly busy selves. It is the practice of slowing down to be simply present in an aware and non-verbal way so that our attention opens out instead of closing down. These Wednesday evenings at Zuru Ling will give meditators some basic techniques and at least 2 sessions of silent practice every evening.
