Mahamudra Retreat
at Zuru Ling

tk1.jpg

Mahamudra mini retreat will be held at Zuru Ling once a month on the last Saturday of the month from 11 am until 3 pm, by donation.

We will use our eminent Guru Zasep Tulku Rinpoche's book, Gelug Mahamudra: Eloquent speech of Manjushri, as our guide, along with various instructions from his past teachings and personal insights. A senior student of Rinpoche’s will lead the meditations.

We will focus on preliminary practices and Nundro in the first half. Then there will be a silent mindful break for tea and or lunch. This will be followed by Shamata and Vipassana meditations in the second half.

The intention is to relax and take our time, focusing on recitation and meditations to build up our natural ground on the path toward results. Each month we will do what we can and continue the following month.

All are welcome to join us. If you wish to purchase a copy of the book, it is available on Amazon.ca.  Purchasing the book is not a requirement, however, as there will be access to sadhanas via pdf if needed.

For pdfs for your phone or laptop or to print, contact John Thompson who will be leading this mini retreat.
